After victories on the road at Virginia and VCU over the weekend, the top ranked Tar Heel field hockey team looks to keep their win streak intact this weekend. Carolina will face arch rival Duke on Friday starting a three game home stand. The next 6 out of seven games will be played in Chapel Hill.

UNC goes into Friday's game with a perfect 8-0 record in which they have only allowed a total of 6 goals against on the season.

The Blue Devils are ranked 9th in one poll, 16th in another. They bring a 6-2 record into the game..

Nina Notman leads the team with 6 goals, followed by Loren Shealy and Emma Bozek with 4 apiece. 

The Tar Heels have outscored their opponents by a 41-6 margin on the season and have a huge 187-40 advantage on shots.

After the Duke contest, North Carolina will play two games the following weekend against Maryland and California.
